1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in, accessing, or using any programme offered by CampusToAI Academy ("we", "us", "our"), you ("student", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.

These terms apply to all students enrolled in the Full-Stack Java + Cloud + AI Developer Program and any other programmes offered by CampusToAI Academy.

2. Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the agreed first instalment.
  • The programme fee is ₹49,999 (all inclusive). This covers all live sessions, recordings, materials, mentoring, and the certificate of completion.
  • Payment is accepted via Razorpay (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking).
  • An instalment option of 2 payments of ₹25,000 each may be offered at our discretion. The first instalment must be paid to confirm your seat. The second instalment is due at the end of Month 1.
  • Seats are limited to 5 students per batch. Payment secures your seat on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • CampusToAI Academy reserves the right to defer a batch start date by up to 14 days if the minimum number of enrolled students has not been reached.

⚠️ 3. No Refund Policy

  • All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is made.
  • If you are unable to attend a batch after payment, your seat may be transferred to the next available batch at our discretion, subject to availability.

4. Course Delivery

  • All sessions are conducted live online via video conferencing (Google Meet or Zoom).
  • Session timings are agreed upon with each batch before the programme begins.
  • Sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students within a few hours of each session.
  • Recordings are available for the duration of the programme and for 30 days after completion.
  • CampusToAI Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable prior notice due to instructor unavailability or technical issues.
  • Certificates are issued only upon completion of all required sessions and the final project.

5. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect at all times.
  • Recording of live sessions by students without explicit written permission from CampusToAI Academy is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing of course materials, recordings, or access credentials with any third party is not permitted.
  • CampusToAI Academy reserves the right to remove a student from the programme without refund for misconduct, abuse, or violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, materials, recordings, notes, and code examples are the intellectual property of CampusToAI Academy.
  • Students are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning only.
  • Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of any course materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Projects built by students during the programme are owned by the respective students and may be used in their personal portfolios.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CampusToAI Academy does not guarantee employment or job placement upon completion of the programme.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the programme.
  • Our total liability to any student shall not exceed the amount paid by that student for the programme.
  • CampusToAI Academy is not responsible for any technical issues on the student's side (internet connectivity, hardware, software) that affect their ability to attend sessions.

8. Privacy

  • We collect personal information (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of enrollment and course delivery.
  • Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • Payment information is processed securely by Razorpay and is never stored on our systems.
  • By enrolling, you consent to receiving programme-related communications via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
